I didn’t set out to start a real estate brokerage. I started out as a tutor, helping aspiring agents pass their licensing exams.

What I discovered in that process was how many people enter this industry full of potential but struggle to find the right guidance once they’re licensed. I saw firsthand how difficult it was for new agents to get the training, mentorship, and real support they truly needed to succeed.

Even in my own real estate journey, I found it challenging to find a brokerage that genuinely invested in its people, especially those just starting out.

That’s when the idea for Venus Realty began to take shape. I wanted to create something different; a place where both clients and agents feel empowered, educated, and valued.
